We Work Well Expands their Global Footprint

Press coverage is in as We Work Well expands their global footprint with two recent events, the inaugural We Work Well EMEA event on February 4 and We Work Well North America on February 22.

The highly anticipated We Work Well EMEA event ushered in a new phase of growth for the company with their first event in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Monica Helmstetter and Lucy Hugo, founders of We Work Well Inc., are pleased that they have been able to broaden their reach and create new opportunities for both buyers and suppliers globally. “We are delighted that the international spa community has embraced our event format,” says Helmstetter “and with over 15 countries, 8 time zones and many different languages represented at our February events, it’s exciting we’ve been able to replicate the feel of a live We Work Well event.”

Both buyers and sellers tout the event’s efficiency and productivity, with 98% of surveyed attendees indicating they are likely to book business as a result of their meetings and 100% saying they would recommend attending this event in the future. Hugo noted, “February also marks an important milestone for our company. Since our first virtual event in June 2020, we have now hosted over 2,000 pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings on our platform.” Adding “though this innovation was a response to the pandemic, we always believed in the potential of this tool and are excited to see how it can further impact the future of We Work Well.”

Seeing the Forest AND the Trees

As Europe emerges from their 3rd lockdown while spa and hospitality in the Middle East is going full steam ahead. Africa may see a COVID-related 5% contraction in GDP this year, but some markets are seeing strong demand. Consumers are more interested than ever in personal wellness and the services we provide, but in focusing on reopening, are we seeing the big picture? Should we go back to business “as usual,” or take advantage of this opportunity for reinvention?

Grow Well educator Lisa Starr and her esteemed group of panelists discussed these questions in a recent Webinar, “Seeing the Forest AND the Trees, post-covid opportunities for spas & wellness across Europe, the Middle East and Africa”

Attendees will engage in an interactive discussion with Grow Well Educator Lisa Starr and workplace wellness expert Mim Senft, as they examine how we can be better prepared to boost the workplace of the future.
